NANCY ROBERSON

Nancy feels blessed that God has allowed her this opportunity and looks forward to working with the children.
MIA CALAMUSA
LEAD TEACHER of our WONDERFUL ONES
After three years of having at least one of her two boys attend the preschool, Mia is gladly joined the team of amazing teachers. Currently, she is a full-time student at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. She also serves as a teacher’s assistant for Team Kids and leads a disciple study at Hillsdale UMC. Prior to moving to North Carolina, she served as a Youth Pastor in Arizona after receiving her call into ministry. She looks forward to continuing down the path God has chosen for her, especially the opportunity to share God’s love with little ones.
SALLY BARNEY
ASSISTANT TEACHER of our TERRIFIC TWOS
Sally grew up in southwest Virginia and moved to this great area after graduating from Radford University in 1996. Soon, thereafter, she met her husband, Scott, and they have been married for 20 years and have two teenagers. Rescuing dogs is their family’s passion and their Scottish Terriers are a big part of their day and family. Before joining the preschool team at Hillsdale Church, mentoring for Communities in Schools filled Sally’s volunteer time. Having the ability to learn from children is equally as important as them learning from us adults--we are all in this together. When not at the preschool, Sally works in real estate, too. Helping family and friends find a new home is a great and challenging job, but working with children is a true calling. Proverbs 17:17 A friend loves at all times.
